At Topnotch Tutorials, we are committed to providing high-quality education, training, and mentorship to all our students. By enrolling in any of our courses or programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following Refund Policy.

1. Strict No Refund Policy

Once the course fee is paid — whether in full or in part — it is non-refundable under all circumstances.
This applies to all forms of payment including:

  • Cash payments
  • Online transactions
  • Cheque or bank transfers
  • EMI or installment payments

No refund will be issued even if:

  • The student chooses to withdraw or discontinue the course after enrollment.
  • The student fails to attend or complete classes for any reason.
  • The student is unable to continue due to personal, professional, or medical circumstances.
  • The course schedule, faculty, or mode of delivery (offline/online) is changed by the institute for operational reasons.

 

2. Course Fee Non-Transferable

All fees paid are non-transferable.
This means:

  • Fees cannot be transferred to another student, course, or future batch.

  • Fees cannot be adjusted against any other product or service offered by the institute.

3. Digital Courses & Study Materials

All purchases of online courses, e-learning modules, recorded classes, or digital study materials are final and non-refundable.
Access to digital content is considered consumed once login credentials or access links are provided, regardless of whether the student uses them.

4. Cancellations by Students

  • If a student voluntarily cancels their enrollment after payment, no refund or credit will be provided.
    The same policy applies to students removed from the program due to disciplinary actions or violations of institute rules.

5. Course Modification or Cancellation by the Institute

In the rare case that Topnotch Tutorials cancels a course or batch due to unforeseen reasons (such as insufficient enrollment or faculty unavailability), the institute may:

  • Offer an alternative batch or course of equal value, or
  • Issue an internal credit note for future enrollment.

However, monetary refunds will not be provided.

6. Agreement of Understanding

By making payment and enrolling in any course or service offered by Topnotch Tutorials , you acknowledge that:

  • You have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
  • You are fully aware that all payments are final and non-refundable.

You accept that fee payments constitute a binding agreement between you and Topnotch Tutorials.
